The app enables real-time tracking of recitation, highlighting the verses being read and providing feedback that helps users monitor their performance. It also offers word-by-word meanings of Quranic vocabulary, supporting comprehension during recitation without the need to switch between multiple sources.

Maher uses an intelligent usage-tracking system that records detailed statistics about reading patterns and leverages them to facilitate seamless return to previously read pages through smart bookmarks. In addition, users can choose between horizontal or vertical display modes, along with a distraction-free reading mode that keeps the focus solely on the Qur’anic text.
